Upon successful payment, you will gain access to the course materials.
Access is granted for personal use only. Sharing, downloading, copying, or redistributing the content without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

2. Payment & Refund
You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase – no questions asked.

– Email used at the time of purchase
– Date of purchase
– Amount paid
– PayPal Transaction ID

Important Notes:
– Transaction fees, currency conversion charges, and international payment fees deducted by the payment gateway (e.g. PayPal) are non-refundable.
– We will only refund the net amount received after all such deductions.
– The final amount received in your account may be lower due to PayPal or bank conversion rates. This is beyond our control.

3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including videos, texts, images, downloadable files, and course materials — is the exclusive property of melorinfard.academy.
Any unauthorized use, copying, reselling, or sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Changes to Content or Terms
We reserve the right to update course content, pricing, or these terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of this website implies your acceptance of the updated terms and content.

5. Not Receiving Emails
After a successful purchase, an email with your course access details and payment receipt will be sent to you.
If you don’t receive it within a few minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
If found there, move it to your Inbox and mark it as “Not Spam.”

6. Price Changes
melorinfard.academy reserves the right to change the price of any product or course at any time without prior notice.
The price paid at the time of purchase is final and will not be adjusted in case of future discounts or price changes.
